Gateway Distributors, Ltd is a holding company that, through its subsidiary TRSG Corporation, does business as "The Right Solution", a network marketing company that sells whole food nutrition, environmental solutions, and health and dietary supplements throughout North America and Japan.
The Company believes that through special blends, whole foods, such as grains and vegetables, can be combined to help produce optimum health. The Company's products, approximately thirty (30) different nutritional and/or health products, are marketed through a network marketing system within the United States and wholesale personal import sales outside the United States.
Network marketing enables the Company's independent distributors in the United States to earn profits by selling Company products to retail consumers. Distributors may also develop their own distributor organizations by sponsoring others to do business in any market where the Company operates, entitling the sponsors to receive overrides or commissions on product sales within their organizations.

The Company was originally incorporated in the State of Nevada on May 26, 1993.
In March 1995, the Company purchased all of the assets of The Right Solution, Inc., a California corporation, which had filed for protection from its creditors under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
In August 1997, the company opened the Asian market in Japan. Japan has a population of 130 million, with annual revenues of 37.5 billion generated in network marketing. The companies' strength in the Japanese market stabilized the down turn in the U.S. market.
In May 1998, the Company completed the acquisition by merger of Hali Sales Corp. with the Company as the surviving corporation. Hali had no active operations at the time of the merger with the Company.
In January 1999, the Company acquired certain assets of NuTech International, Inc. NuTech was a network marketer that sold nutritional, health, and dietary supplements and products. In addition, the Company agreed that it would engage Aloe Commodities International, Inc. as the exclusive manufacturer of certain product lines that the Company purchased in the NuTech Acquisition.
In April 1999, the Company acquired certain assets of American Outback, Inc. in exchange for 67,400 shares of the Company's Common Stock. American Outback was a network marketer that sold nutritional, health and dietary supplements and products.
In September 1999, the Company acquired substantially all of the assets and assumed certain liabilities of TeamUp International, Inc.
In December 1999, the Company purchased certain assets of SuLin International. SuLin was a network marketing company with the concept that whole food cleans and detoxifies the body.
In July 2000, the Company acquired the assets and operations of Dynamic Products, Inc. in exchange for 160,750 shares of Company common stock. Dynamic Products is a multi-level marketing company focusing on cleaning products. As part of the acquisition of Dynamic Products, the Company acquired the distributor base, formulas and Patents of LifeTime Solutions, Inc. LifeTime Solutions was in the business of network marketing of nutritional, health, and dietary supplements and cleaning products.
InOctober 2000, the Company entered into a purchase agreement with Professional Wrestling Alliance Corporation (PWA), wherein the Company agreed to sell the bulk of its assets and its operating business, in exchange for shares of PWA stock equaling approximately 85% of the issued and outstanding shares of PWA.
On January 10, 2001, TRSG Corporation, formerly PWA, acquired the bulk of the Company?s assets and its operating business pursuant to the October agreement. TRSG became a 73.7% owned subsidiary of the Company.
On October 25, 2001, the Company began sales and marketing of hand-held, low-cost devices used to detect the presence of biological agents such as Anthrax, as well as many other biological agents.
On November 27, 2001, Images of Life, Inc. signed a letter of intent with the Company giving IMLF the rights to market and distribute the Company?s UV-light and Bio-Spray products.
On December 14, 2001, the Illinois Attorney General filed a lawsuit against the Company stating it had violated state fraud laws by falsely marketing black-light flashlights as anthrax-detection devices.
On December 20, 2001, the Company reached a settlement agreement with the Attorney General of Illinois by agreeing to make a one-time payment of $1,000 to the Attorney General Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund for Consumer Enforcement and Education. The Company denied any wrongdoing.
On January 4, 2002, the Company obtained an additional 8,000,000 shares of TRSG Corporation.
On May 31, 2002, the Company filed with the State of Nevada its amended Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of $0.001 par value common voting stock from 1,000,000,000 to 25,000,000,000.
In August 2002, the Company announced the signing of an agreement with Grandma Hammans Speciality Foods to purchase the entire assets and customer base of the business.
On December 6, 2002, the Company effected a 1 for 25,000 reverse stock split of its Common Stock.
Effective April 16, 2003, Gateway Distributors Ltd. changed its ticker symbol to GWDL. It also effected a 1 for 3000 reverse split of its common stock.

That action was filed nearly a year ago. Apparently, the temporary and permanent restraining sanctions were not granted. Gateway and Bailey are still operating. This tells me that the case against Bailey etc. must have been very weak or it is a settled matter. What was the resolution? Do you know or are you just bringing this up to bash the stock?
I and others on this board would like to know. You brought up the case, you probably know what happened?

I am not talking for anyone else, but I believe the commercial is the vehicle that will powerfully deliver a new product to the marketplace and that it could put alot of money into this company very quickly. Some of the most successful products around sell big time on TV infomercials. Baby boomers and the general market for skin care and anti aging products is getting larger every year. So yes, one commerical and I would guess a series of commercials could help this company take off especially it they have a slight edge such as a unique formua and exclusive marketing rights like they have. If the company has done it's job, they will have references to a host of celebrities, medical experts, and models that have used these exclusive products and swear by them. Tell ya what, if your over 40 yrs old and you watch what I think will be a very persuasive commercial you will be very tempted to buy it. Buy it once and you might want it again, and word of mouth advertising will increase. What does that translate into as to earnings? Could they pull in 1 million from 1 commercial? That represents about 1 year's revenue compared to 2003 sales. So yes, this is a big step for this company and why many of us are excited here.

She was a member of The Science Academy of New York, of the World Union of Prophylactic and Hygiene Medicine, honorary member of European Center for Medical Research, president of International Association of Gerontology, president of Romanian Society of Gerontology, etc. She received in 1952, at the United Nations Palace from Geneva, the international award "Leon Bernard", from the World Organization of Health, for the contribution in the anti-aging research. She receive also "Merito della Republica" (Italy), "Cavalier de L'Ordre Palmas Academica" (France), Professor Honores Causa and Doctor Emeritus of Braganza Paulista University from Brazil, etc.
Ana Aslan is the original contributor in the basic research concerning cellular and molecular aging, and researching her product reaction in the body. She has a special empathy for the elderly and has always fought to improve their condition all over the world. She worked with others to initiate the General Assembly of the United Nations Organization on aging, held in Vienna, 1983. Aslan has a remarkable understanding and appreciation for beauty and culture. In addition to her life, she talked of her views of politics, religion, euthanasia, dying, death and love. At one time she visited Hippocrates grave and on which she stated, "I now realize how small I am". In 1980 she invented (with I. Polovrageanu) the new geriatric product, Aslavital, patented and introduce in current fabrication.

Wautoma retailer to relocate to Las Vegas
Nine months after its purchase by a Nevada-based firm, Wautoma-based nutritional products and specialty foods retailer Grandma Hammans Inc. will move west.
The Grandma Hammans Specialty Foods business will be relocated to the Las Vegas corporate headquarters of Gateway Distributors Ltd., a distribution company.
Richard Bailey, Gateway president and chief executive officer, said the distributor is expanding its retail sales throughout the nation. Consolidating the Grandma Hammans operations into its headquarters will allow Gateway to provide resources to the product line more effectively, Bailey said.
Grandma Hammans added more than 100 new products to Gateway's product lines when Gateway acquired the firm in August 2002. Gateway competes with companies like Wild Oats Markets Inc., Boulder Colo.; Nature's Sunshine Products Inc., Provo, Utah; and General Nutrition Corp., the Pittsburgh-based operator of General Nutrition Centers.
Gateway distributes the Grandma Hammans product line to more than 400 stores and has a goal of expanding distribution to 600 stores by the end of 2003.

According to the Dietary Supplement Barometer Survey which was fielded in July 2001, the specific reasons consumers cite for taking supplements are: to feel better (72 percent), to help prevent getting sick (67 percent), to help get better when they are sick (51 percent), to live longer (50 percent), to build strength and muscle (37 percent), and for weight management (12 percent). At the same time, some Americans report taking supplements for a specific health reason (36 percent) or for sports nutrition (24 percent). Besides these specific reasons, the survey reveals that the majority of Americans (56 percent) believe that some supplements offer benefits comparable to those of drugs but with fewer side effects. I've been doing some more DD on GWDL and the past trend is really impressive:
On Friday, Feb 14, 2003, GWDL hit a 52 week low of .0001 and by Thursday, April 17, 2003, it hit a 52 week high of .20!! Prior to this explosive pop in price, the volume trended upward towards half a billion. If last year's trend is any indication (which of course there is no guarantee) then the spike in volume over the last month or so, which is much higher than that seen in 2003, may very well cause this stock to pop big in the coming days/weeks!!
Besides volume indicators, the company has released positive news over the past several months, including expense reductions, expanding product lines, informercial for an exclusive skin care product...things can only get better!!! While the 50MA is 0.0023 (50-day, the 200MA is 0.0207 (200-day). I have no doubt we will see a tremendous ride on this stock in the coming days/weeks. Good luck to all GWDL investors.

Yes, you were on the IBZT board early in the game. I see you in a lot of the pennies that move, actually. I enjoy seeing you on a board - keep up the good work, Superman.
I too was going to buy shGWDL of IBZT - at even less than .0035; however, I must have been influenced by some of the bashers there...and look where it got me.
I bought 5M shGWDL of CTKH when it was .0002 (wow - that was nice), and I sold for a 10-bagger but look where it is now! LOL!! I should have held on to 1M shGWDL for the long haul.
How high do you expect to see GWDL? Do you think it has the potential of IBZT? With 5M shGWDL, I have already made plans for my exit strategy. I may decide to hold 1M for the possibility of high pennies, but most of my shGWDL will be sold under .02, with half being around .01.
It's possible that we may see lower than .0025 first...but I don't think we will. Moreover, I am not selling if it does go any lower...because I believe it is heading north really soon (or whenever the MMs are ready).
My 5M shGWDL of GWDL are now averaged slightly under .0029. I am quite thankful for Friday's retracement to .0025. I hope the MMs have had their fill.

When we had 1.1B in vol, it didn't stay the same, we went up 38%. Don't forget that alot of people that were in much lower sold and took their profits so there was plenty of selling that day, I checked it out.
Make no mistake, MM's have full control of the pps. It's not in their interest to totally kill a stock, they make money on buys and sells and on the large swings. Today they were just sucking up the shGWDL I'm sure for selling at higher prices. I more than doubled my position today, bought the heck out of it with multiple executions @ .0026
As far as charts go, this one does scream to buy but as I stated, the MM's have full control. This company has had great news recently and once that new product line starts selling in 2 weeks, revenues will increase in a big way.
As I said yesterday, I'm holding my shGWDL and said I would buy more if the MM's dropped it today. Well, they did and dropped it more than I thought they would, hence...I bought more than I had planned. If there is any kind of shake next week I'll get even more but I've got a sneaky suspicion we'll open higher and float up, we shall see.
If you take a close look at this stock, it's current pps and compare it to many other comperable stocks you'll come to the conclusion that this pps is extremely low and I expect a correction very soon. Here is the exciting part....once that correction starts, WATCH OUT, people will take notice and the buys will come in hard. This time we won't have the selling like what happened on the run the other day from people who were in at .0006 and wanted their 6 bagger, we'll have the will of people holding at higher prices and won't let this go till we are in the pennies which is what I'm holding for.
I have the comfort to know news is coming, when it does this pps will be just a memory. I have the strength and patience to hold for what I know this pps should be at. The weak are gone and shook out. MM's had it their way now they can make a fortune selling back to us at much higher prices (which is OK to me). :))
