Subject: Copy of Verizon Settlement Agreement???

You are being kindly requested "ONCE AGAIN" to provide us a copy of the settlement agreement between NorthPoint's Estate represented by: Schoenmann, Kahn, Sullivan and Miller and Verizon. I understand that some people may have requested the erudite $175 Million Dollar Settlement Agreement for NorthPoint from you and you have not been cooperative enough to provide such agreement?

Please provide the agreement to us "Immediately" seeing that the Bankruptcy Court Judge Carlson or whoever is deciding this case and settlement will be making a final ruling on your horrible unfair recent agreement with Verizon concerning NorthPoint's Estate. The common NorthPoint Shareholders have a right and deserve the opportunity to review this terrible agreement that directly effected each and everyone of us and many other innocent parties so negatively.

Please email the agreement to either Frank@stockskill.net or webcomplaint@hotmail.com It is imperative that you are, at the very least, "Fair and Equitable" concerning providing these documents to us that directly concern me and my fellow associates. If you require a mailing address, please advise us.

For the record, if you haven't heard, you have caused many individuals to experience unnecessary hardships and financial loses with your horrific decision to settle a $4 Billion Dollar FRAUD LAWSUIT with Verizon for less than approximately 4% of the amount we were suing for and you nice people make millions and everyone else including the creditors are done clearly wrong because of your actions. All of this, just 3 business days before the NorthPoint's trial against Verizon of which we have patiently awaited for nearly 2 years. There is something gravely wrong with your actions when Judge McBride recently denies Verizon's request to dismiss NorthPoint's lawsuit and agrees that the entire matter should go to a 'Jury Trial".

In addition to providing the "Settlement Agreement" can you kindly answer why you hurt innocent people in many ways, seemingly mirroring that of Verizon's actions against NorthPoint which caused this matter in the first place? If you have a legitimate reason other than well it would have cost too much this that and the other thing of which has already been ruled and addressed previously, Do you have a really truly legitimate reason why you settled $4 Billion FRAUD case for a mere $175 Million just before the jury?

Please advise me and us, because I think as a minimum I deserve a professional answer due to all the wealth of knowledge I and others I know of provided you out of and during our own personal private time in the amount of 1000's of hours? I look forward to your answer and the settlement documents.

Sadly, NISG

The settlement agreement is currently being drafted by counsel and does not yet exist in any form other than the transcript of the settlement conference. I would not, in any event, be sending copies of the agreement out of this office. The bankruptcy files are a matter of public record and are available for inspection at the U. S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, which is located at 235 Pine Street in San Francisco. Those files will include a copy of the settlement agreement, once it has been filed with the bankruptcy court.
