Plaintiffs NorthPoint Communications Group, Inc. and NorthPoint Communications. Inc. (hereinafter collectively "NorthPoint" complain of defendants Verizon Communications, Inc. and DOES 1-100, inclusive, as follows:
THE PARTIES
1.
Plaintiff NorthPoint Communications group, Inc. was and is a corporation duly organized and existing under laws of the State of Delaware with its former principal place of business in San Francisco, California.
2.
Plaintiff NorthPoint communications, Inc. was and is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its former principal place of business in San Francisco, California.
3.
Defendant Verizon Communications, Inc. (hereinafter "Verizon") was and is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal place of business in New York, New York, and Verizon was and is authorized to do business and is actively conducting business In California.
