One of the very unusual aspects of NorthPoint's situation is that individual shareholders can legally and effectively work to help and encourage the people in charge to improve shareholder's odds for a more satisfactory outcome.

The one thing that every NorthPoint shareholder can do to help is to occasionally contact our Trustee, Ms. Schoenmann^[1] with a word of encouragement, a question, a suggestion, a tip, a pertinent news article, some new intelligence, an opinion or just to tell her about yourself and your family.

Our Trustee has encouraged contact^[2] by shareholders. Among other things, she represents shareholder's interests in the lawsuit against Verizon. Common sense and reason tell me that she will be more motivated in representing our interests if she "knows" us to some degree.
